REQUEST FOR P= ROPOSALS (RFP)

For:  Bartlett I.S.D. Renewable Energy Technology Program

 

Issued: Octob= er 26, 2009

 

Submission Deadline:  2:00 p.m. November = 16, 2009

 

 

Bart= lett Independent School District invites qualified firms to submit pr= oposals for installation of a solar photovoltaic system (198.625 kW DC Power).  Proposals will be received until 2= :00 p.m. November 16, 2009 by the Bartlett Independent School District Administration Office, 404 North Robinson, Bartlett, Texas  76511= .  The Proposal response must be subm= itted in an envelope plainly marked:

   &nbs= p;            &= nbsp;       Renewable Energy Technology Program

 

All interested vendors are encouraged to read thorough= ly the RFP to ensure that all required documentation is included in their Proposal response.  Failure to provide = all required documentation may be grounds for rejection of the response.

 

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any= and /or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessar= y to serve the best interest of the District.

 

No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (= 90) days subsequent to the deadline for receipt of Proposal responses without t= he prior written consent of the Board of Trustees, Bartlett Independen= t School District.
