    SUMMER WEIGHTS & CONDITIONING PROGRAM


    WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE? ALL incoming 7th - 12th graders who want to improve their strength, speed, overall physical fitness and prevent injuries.


    This is a great way to stay in shape over the summer and get prepared for ALL Sports!!! 


    WHEN: June 8- July 16  Monday-Thursday 9:00-11:00


    WHERE: HIGH SCHOOL FIELD HOUSE


    COST: $25 Cash or Check only (Make checks payable to BARTLETT ATHLETICS)


    ***RETURN FORM AND MONEY ON FIRST DAY OF WORKOUTS***  


    I WOULD ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO SIGN UP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO WE CAN GET YOUR T-SHIRTS ORDERED.
