Principal - Lacey Cruddas
My name is Lacey Cruddas, and I am the Principal at Bartlett Elementary. I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education focusing on Early Childhood Education from Midwestern State University and later earned a master’s degree from Lamar. I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs. I love to spend time reading, outside and going to the beach!!
I began my career in education as a kindergarten teacher for Killeen ISD. I then taught Dyslexia and reading intervention for Salado ISD. While working for Salado ISD, I also taught 3rd grade.
In 2017, my dream of serving as an administrator came true when I accepted the position of Assistant Principal. After serving in that role for five years, I was very honored to become the Principal for our Bartlett family. I am personally challenged, inspired and motivated to lead our school by growing every child, every day. will encourage them every day and let them know they are valued and have a special place in our school. I believe in all children and I also believe that learning is fun! My goal is to ensure that every student is provided the highest quality education possible in a safe and supportive learning environment. Working together as a team with our staff, parents, and community, I am committed to helping each student achieve their very best.
Not only am I excited to begin working with your children, but I look forward to the work we will do together. I am excited to see your children through your eyes. I cannot wait to share with you the great things they do throughout their days here at Bartlett Elementary. As Principal, my door is always open and I welcome your input. Please feel free to stop in or call to make an appointment to discuss your concerns, suggestions, or ideas to help make this year the best it can be!
I am truly blessed to be the instructional leader of such an awesome school community.
Go Bulldogs!
